What is Fitbit?
Fitbit creates a variety of fitness trackers that help you to keep track of important body information like weight, BMI, lean mass and body fat percentages and physical activitiy data like steps taken, floors climbed, estimated calories consumed and hours slept.
If you don't have a Fitbit device, you can head on over to Fitbit.com to pick one up. We support all of the Fitbit devices including the Aria smart scale.
How does the Fitbit channel work?
The Fitbit Channel for Numerous allows you to sync your Fitbit activity data to your Numerous account so that you can view your fitness numbers right alongside the other important numbers in your life.
After connecting your Fitbit account to Numerous, you will have access to:
- Steps (Today and This Week)
- Distance (Today and This Week)
- Calories Burned (Today and This Week)
- Floors Climbed (Today and This Week)
- Hours Slept (Last Night)
- Weight
- % Goal Progress
Share your fitness activities with your running partners or trainer
You can then share those numbers with friends or your training partners, set notifications for when you hit specific goals, and receive comments to motivate you in your healthy lifestyle.
